Writing Moderation

Writing moderation in TK today! 📝 
These guys did a writing sample last week (assessments is all go for end of year data), and peer assessing is so powerful! They all got 1 paper to assess - where great FB and FF has been given. Students will read when I have marked them all myself.

      

Making BeesWax Wraps

Thanks to Jo Shanks from CBEC for coming in and talking to us about the importance of recycling and caring for our environment.

To encourage us to care for the environment and sustain its beauty while we can, she helped us make Beeswax Lunch Wraps. We got to design our own! So cool!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Introducing Te Kahu Class 2018

  So lucky to have been a part of the Year 8 STRENGTH Graduation dinner with my Te Kahu boys! 🙌🏽

Awesome night! Thanks to the tutors who said Pompallier was the best group they’d had, and thanks to Rach for allowing us to be a part of it (and for taking our group pics 😆)
